2. Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)

While we operate under a strict No-Logs policy, we categorically prohibit the use of our services for illegal activities. You are solely responsible for your actions on our network.

PROHIBITED USE of SmartShield VPN for:

Cyberattacks, DDoS, or malware distribution.
Hacking, port scanning, or unauthorized system access.
Distribution of illegal content or materials inciting violence.
SPAM or Phishing campaigns.
Financial fraud or credit card theft.

Upon receiving a verified Abuse Report, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately without notice or refund.

3. Limitation of Liability

SmartShield Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from illegal user activity, temporary connection interruptions beyond our control, or data loss if security recommendations were ignored.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content (logo, design, text) is the property of SmartShield Solutions and may not be copied without express consent.
