1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SmartShield.bg and using our services (VPN, CCTV Vault, Smart Home installation), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our infrastructure.
2. Service Usage
VPN & Network Services
- You are solely responsible for the activity performed through your personal VPN configuration.
- The use of our VPN for illegal activities (DDoS, hacking, spamming) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
- We provide the tools for security, but the final integrity of your local devices remains your responsibility.
Hardware Installation
For on-site installations (Automation/CCTV), SmartShield provides a technical warranty for the installation work. Manufacturer warranties apply to the hardware components used.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party operators (Revolut/PayPal). SmartShield does not store card information.
Refund Policy
Digital services (VPN configs) are non-refundable once activated. For hardware projects, refunds are handled according to the signed project contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
SmartShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including data loss or unauthorized access caused by user negligence (e.g., losing private keys).
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
